MEHErix starts with a simple goal: help restaurants predict demand and cut buffet waste with AI and data-driven planning.

2025 — RixServe

First pilots combine POS data, prep logs, and computer vision signals to recommend daily batch sizes and visualise performance in kitchen dashboards.
