Do you handle both IT support and AI — or is it two different teams?
One team. We cover IT infrastructure and helpdesk, data engineering, ML, and Physical AI. The benefit: when your IT support team spots a problem that could be solved with automation or ML, we don’t need to hire a separate vendor — we just build it.
Where is our data hosted, and is this GDPR-aligned?
By default, in EU/EEA data centres with European cloud providers. Privacy-by-default in every system: minimal data collection, encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, and clear data-processing agreements.
What kind of Physical AI projects can you handle?
Computer vision on edge hardware, sensor fusion, real-time inference for quality inspection, robotic process integration, and IoT-based automation workflows. If your project involves putting intelligence onto a device in a physical environment, that’s our lane.
Do we need clean data before talking to you?
No. Most teams we work with have data scattered across spreadsheets, POS systems, or apps. Part of our job in the pilot is to consolidate, clean, and structure what’s needed. If the data isn’t there at all, we’ll tell you honestly before you spend money.
What does an engagement cost?
IT support is monthly retainer, scoped to your team size. AI/ML pilots are fixed-fee, usually 4–8 weeks, scoped after the discovery call. Production support is a small monthly retainer. No surprise invoices.
Who owns the code and the model?
You do. Custom code, models, and dashboards built for you are yours. We may reuse generic patterns and our internal tooling on future projects, but anything specific to your business is owned by you.
